We started in the air conditioning repair service in 1987 and opened Cool Zone AC in August 2004. Our staff has the experience and knowledge to help you with all your HVAC repairs and installation. My A/C shut off in the middle of the night and it was 80 degrees at 3 a.m. I contacted them as soon as the office opened and they sent out their Technician that afternoon. Allowing me a time frame that wasn't all afternoon, but a short window and notified when they were coming to my house. Jackson came out and provided top notch customer service. After a short time looking at the system maybe 10 minutes, it was running about 10 minutes later. He looked at my outdoor unit too, which is pretty old, to see if freon was needed. Turned out there were no leaks and it was full, that was a very pleasant surprise as I was expecting an upsell. Very good experience, would recommend to family.
